I am 5 foot 4 and i weigh 150 pounds. If I eat 1000 calories per day and exercise about 30 minutes a day, how much weight will i lose in 2 months? Thanks!

I’ve heard that jump roping for at least five minutes a day is great exercise, yet I do not see how doing little jumps helps anything but maybe the calf muscles. What are the benefits to jump roping and is the five minute minimum correct?

I started a diet yesterday. Im NOT combining the diet with exercise. So how long will it take for it to start showing? down to 1200cal a day-used to eat 2600cal a day. only looking to lose 15lbs. current weight 130 want to be 115?
