Im not fat or chubby but i have this layer of fat on my abdomen. I have abs theyre just covered by this layer. How do i get rid of it? should i start on a diet? maybe exercise more? should i avoid certain foods? thank you for taking the time to read this.

I am joining a club at work for diet and exercise, but I want to know how many inches off waist, chest, arms, thighs, butt, etc. I know where to measure for chest and hips, but where do I measure for arms? Thighs? At what point on my arm? Leg? What about the butt? Do I just go with a hip measurment?

I’ll be the first to admit that I have zero self control once I get home at night (normally around 8). I do so well with my diet in the morning, during lunch and dinner, but the moment I get home, all I want to do is eat. It’s almost how I unwind, and it’s so annoying!! I find myself eating an extra 400 or 500 calories every evening. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can keep myself sane at night without pigging out?
