I need to lose about 60 lbs. (just had twins)
and I am going to go on a real low cal diet to speed the process but how many calories should I consume on this diet? I have started the raw vegitarain diet. Whats too low of calories and to high?

I need to loose weight but diet and exercise has been so slow, are there any supplements that actually work? I’m not looking for simply a caffeine pill that will just give me the jitters either. Also, Are there any fat burners that work? I heard things like hydroxycut is just caffeine and a waste of money.

I lost 20 pounds in about 2 months, and I want to lose 20 more. I just started eating 6 smaller meals a day as opposed to 3 medium sized meals. How long will it take for my body to get used to this new diet and how long will it take for my metabolism to speed up?

I obviously would like to lose it quicker but I think 3 months will be a healthy pace. I also realize diet plays a key role in weight loss. So how many hours would you suggest per day? And what type of exercise (or machines because I will be in a gym setting) would you suggest works the best? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
