Lately I’ve been eating healthy all day and then after dinner ill try some unhealthy food and then I can stop eating it. Because I ate unhealthy and that ruined my "diet" for the day I’ll start eating more junk food till I can’t eat no more. How do I avoid this? Should I avoid the unhealthy stuff all together? I’m slowly starting to gain back the weight that I lost and I don’t want to do that.
