I started the 17 day diet a week ago and I’ve lost 5 pounds so far, but I’m scared that it’s all muscle and no fat. How can I make sure that I’m losing fat and not muscle? Does cardio build muscle?

I’m not obsessed with diet or anything, i like the way i look i was just curious about this.
Say you eat like 4,000-5,000 calories tonight. How long will it take to show up as fat on your body?
Usually when i eat bad, i notice i get chunkier like 2 days after. Same with eating good food, or a very small amount of calories, i notice a difference after about 2 days. I was just curious if there’s a more acurate way of this and how long it actually takes to see results. Thanks

I would like to incorporatemore sprouts into my diet. Which should I buy, ie lentil sprouts, alfalfa sprouts, clover sprouts, or broccoli sprouts? Which are healthiest?
Please don’t tell me a variety is good, I am specifically interested in among these choice which has most vitamins etc and please don’t tell me how to sprout myself. That is not something I want to do.
