I heard you can help fight breast cancer by collecting can caps such as: Coca Cola, Sprite, Dr.Pepper and cans like that. Where do i send them?

normal for a dentist to insist that I have my teeth cleaned below the gum line and refuse to do the caps until that is done?
I understand having those 2 teeth done but not my entire mouth. I cant afford the caps let alone another 0 for cleaning below the gums.

I have had this front tooth with a veneer on it come loose three times in the last four months. I cannot even bite food without being paranoid that this thing is going to come off. So what strarted off as a cosmetic enhancment has now become horrible. Should I get caps and will they look just as good? Help, I have a new cosmetic dentist but he is a 2 and 1/2 hour drive away and I cannot keep taking time off to get this fixed.
