Its been a long time since I have worked out my legs and running seems
to feel to tiring on my knee caps. What types of exercises can I do to strength them
again? I’m only 39. I have arthritis in my back so I am careful what exercises
I can do. Pilates is good for the back.
Any suggestions for my knee caps?
