My hands are always sweating & it is so embarrasing. Does anyone know how to permantly get rid of sweaty hands?

It’s about time to go swimming so I wanted to lose a little weight before next month, so if I run every other day for about 2O minutes & do about 3O curl ups.. about how much weight do you think i’ll lose?

& I hate my thighs, is there anything I can do to make them a little smaller?! lol.

Ok I’m 14 years old, I’m 5 10" and I weigh 178 & my bmi is 25.5. Yeah I’m pretty fat but I want to know how long it will take for me to get a six pack or at least get skinny, I am active and I will be starting football next month so please take that into consideration.

Ive been in the track & field team since febuaury and the pain in my both legs started 2 weeks ago.
I swear, each time, if I run faster or jump, then my both lower legs would be painful and weak. The pain is all over my lower legs.
If i run, it doesn’t hurt, if I stop, my legs hurt like he’ll.

Do you know any solutions to this? Please help! Thanks!
