My bf has horrible cystic body acne. What is the best way to cure that besides the obvious try to keep those areas suseptable to it extra clean of oils and all. That helps but isn’t the cure.

I know sugary foods, soda, energy drinks can make acne worse, and I admit I use a lot of that. I also use proactive which honestly helps a LOT, but I still get embarrasing outbreaks. Are there foods that actually counteract acne.

I have mild acne scars on my face from previous breakouts. I have a little acne still. How can I get rid of it myself?

I’ve used Clearasil in the past and that work ok for me in treating acne, but not really in maintaining it. I began using Proactive about a month ago, and believe it or not, it doesn’t seem to help, if anything, the severity of my acne was worsened, so I need a new solution, please help in anyway. I’m not willing to pay big bucks for over the counter treatments or dermatologist(I’m a poor college student). So please leave any tips, thanks
