Apparently I have post inflammatory hyperpigmentation from acne. Does anyone else have this? Do you know how to treat it?

I don’t want anything damaging or harsh to my skin. I have semi-sensitive skin.

I have had yellowish dischargeut 1 year , my breasts have started growing 1 year ,i have started shaving my legs 3-6 months, i have pubic hair 1 year, acne 1year and have been kinda moody latley. I don’t know how long it is until my period will come. My mom got hers at 13 while other family members got it earlier. So is my period right aroud the corner or in a year or 2 from now?
