Ive been trying benzoyl peroxide (10%) for acne and it isnt working that great. is there anything else out there?

Okay so I have a little bit of acne and such on my face. There are like little black marks and stuff that I don’t even know along with like other face stuff. I am 17 years old and a male (yeah I like taking care of myself, so what?). What would be a good product or products for me to use on my face that would help me get a brighter and smooth skin?

Is there an easy way to get rid of acne ASAP without using any products?

I was just prescribed Ortho – Tricyclin – Low(excuse the spelling) for my moderate acne. The doctor said it would take a couple of monthes to start working – but did not specify how many months it would take.

Do any of you people know?

Just finished accutane and need help on what products to use so that my acne doesn’t come back.
Please only put products that actually work
i have been off of accutane for over six months and need something that will keep the acne from coming back. ex. Clearasil, neutrogena…etc
