Core exercises & stretches from morning practice, facing a new day- nauli kriya, bhekasana frog pose, out-of-control pincha mayurasana forearm balance, tittibasana firefly, handstand, backbend kickover. Home yoga practice not yoga perfect, choosing to forgo the traditional mat & further explore fivefingers.

Really nice! Your nauli is quite slow, and I wondered if this makes it more intense, i.e. harder work for the muscles. I do it maybe twice as fast, but slower feels good as well. Keep posting your videos!

This “slow” speed allows me to focus on controlling abs while being fully aware of all the sensations & developing the proper technique & muscle memory. Previously have not practiced nauli much, exercise is curious to me now so am practicing a bit more. Maybe if I get more proficient will be able to go faster & do more rolls or waves with ease instead of effort now. Think that may require TONS more practice than I am willing to give, I’m not a fast learner!
