I love Bikram yoga, and yes one day yoga will be recognized as physical therapy. We just have to keep informing until we all understand.
Great comment, thank you.

hi mpp1000;
Thank you for sharing,God bless you for helping others. These are great techniques/Info and I am going to (try to) apply and practice until I learn them! My brother is a master in healing but he lives far away in France! He has a PhD in the (Bio/Chem/Nutrition etc.) but many still make fun of him and put trust in pharma-corps.(another worthless financial empire) Usually those ppl learn it the hard way, that is, if they are lucky to survive.
Keep up the good work!

can i use oxy powder instead of epson salts for a liver flush? Also after comsuming the lemon/oil formula u r required to lie down. This is where i get confused, coz i have read that u must lie on your back and else where i read that u had to lie on your side with your knees to your chest. which is correct ??

I know some of this from reading Dr. Hulda Clark’s books. You sure are knowledgeable especially compared to 90% of people out there. I learned a lot from you. Thanks a lot.

Hi, I’ve done 4 lf’s. I am going to be doing one some time this week. I am doing juicing and I also read that beet juice helps it as well as raw apples to dissolve the stones. I fasted 5 days on apple juice and ended it with a lf and the stones were considerably small. I’m lucky enuff to have my best friend be a N.D. Your videos are very inspirational :) Thank you.

not at all …it just comes right out because of the oil and lemon……. I did feel a little stomach ache in the morning of the flush. But right after the flush you will FEEL GREAT!!!…it was awesome.

So you find the heat speeds up elimination to avoid auto-intoxication? Thanks for the vids. Your take on all this is good & thorough.

Thank you so much! Just did it exactly as you instructed. Went smoothly. “like a train,” 5 minutes after oil & lemon. No nausea, or upset. Pain and swelling in that area ceased immediately. relief for the first time in a long time. Before, everytime I ate, I felt bloated, especially on the right side. I will happily do it again as many times as neccessary. a good friend, 25 years old, just had his gallbladder cut out. One of my stones was bigger than his.

Not all alternative practitioners are great. Some unscrupulous chiropractors took truckloads of my money while making my (hypermobile) worse with adjustments.
I see an osteopath occasionally now and he only does what I need, and doesn’t keep me returning every week and paying 10 visits up front.

Did flush yesterday but no stones. It was painless except for slight sharp sensation on the lower left of my breast. any thought on this?
fetymann on November 17, 2009 at 11:54 am
please explain what exactly you did.. it might take several attempts to see stones.. or maybe you didn’t use epsom salt???
MultiMm2009 on November 17, 2009 at 1:57 pm
I did use epsom salt. Anyway, I was adviced by someone else how to treat it and now I’m fine. I have 3 stones that’s why I was surprised to see there are so many stones?? My dr. gave me homeopthy tablet to break them even though it’d take ages, I know.

thanks for the site. I’d looked it but it requires time to read all that. i’d bookmarked it as to read it thoroughly. what’s not clear how easily the stones are shown here but what a mess one has to go through in order to look for the stones. i don’t have pain anymore and i eat normal now. so, no surgery.

mpp1000 on November 18, 2009 at 1:21 pm
