My 6yr old chipped her 2 front teeth due to an accident..the dentist doesn’t want to do anything bc she is going to lose the teeth soon..but kids are saying stuff at school about them. Is there anything I can get to fix them until they do fall out??
Is there, Health

You should listen to your dentist really – his professional opinion is that you shouldn’t do anything to them, and he isn’t a professional in the field for no reason.
Girls tend to start losing their milk teeth (starting with the front ones) around 6-7 anyway, so you won’t really have too long to wait. Really though, there’s nothing you can do about it until then. It’s never nice for a child to feel picked on because of their appearance, especially when it’s something of this nature which is certainly not her fault. Your dentist will be sympathetic to this as well, but there’s certainly a good reason why he hasn’t repaired the teeth – incisor repairs tend to be very fragile anyway and might cause more problems if they come apart in the near future.
