Is Human Growth Hormone For Me?
I have about 5 years left to grow, but I don’t eat very well or get a lot of sleep so I’m aware that I’m not going to be very tall. I’ve tried improving both of these habits but I still haven’t grown very much and I have a very small appetite. I’m so sick of being the shortest in my class and always having to look up at people. My parents are both short so I know there isn’t really a chance of me being extremely tall, but I don’t want to be short. I don’t want to end up like them, they were never taken seriously because of their height. By the way, I’m a female. Should I take Human Growth Hormone? Thanks, please no smart remarks.

HGH can only help you if you are very short due to a medical condition such as a malfunctioning pituitary gland that is not releasing sufficient HGH.
Dwarfs or midgets who are still in their growing years can sometimes be helped with a series of HGH injections by a doctor.
You can find further details in web searches for "hgh to grow taller", "hgh side effects" and "amino acids to grow taller".
More sleep and a better diet would help your height growth and you can find further details in a web search for "foods to grow taller".
Under eating can, to some extent, stunt your height growth and also insufficient sleep.

If you are worried about how short you are, then you obviously have way too much free time on your hands
The best way to grow tall is to make sure you are healthy, regular exercise and healthy eating will help you here
stay away from the HGH

HGH could have side effects and its not readily available on the market. Its probably not safe to take it and anyway why would you want to be really tall? very tall females are not very attractive. In this day and age discrimination of someone due to their height is not accepted so you shouldn’t worry about that. If you work hard and deserve something then you will get it.

HGH costs a fortune! That is what high heels are for
