I wear adult diapers and I find nothing wrong with them. I wet nightly just scared I might loose my bladder?

Eventually it could definitely happen. Over time your bladder will shrink causing you to have to make more trips to the bathroom. It will get to the point that you will start to just involuntarily leak all the time. So the answer to your question is: YES however it will take time for it to happen.
