I have a lot of redish, small bumps on my legs that look like small pimples. I’ve tried poping them but they keep coming back. I’m guessing that they come from the soap I’m using, or my razor, or my nylons, but I’m not sure. They are on the outer side of my legs and I would what to know what they are, where do they come from, and possible solutions on how to get rid of them and prevent them from coming back.

all they are is a> a heat rash from constant friction on your jeans or new pants, b> ingrown hairs although those usally get big c> razor burn /:cure for al three, soap water and a high moisture content lotion with aloe

It sounds like it could be just mild skin irritation. I get this sometimes. Have you tried using a body scrub to exfoliate? I use Neutrogena’s body scrub and it dries it up after a couple of uses.
