How to stay awake during the day?

Health FAQs
I enjoy learning, but by the middle of the day onward I get horrifically fatigued to the point where I have come quite close to falling asleep in class and by the time I get home I would just want to go to sleep, and often, I would which also ended up wrecking both my homework schedule and previous sleep patterns. I would really appreciate any tips on how to stay awake during classes, reduce tiredness throughout the day, avoid falling asleep upon coming home from school, or all of the above!

Most likely this is caused by what you do the night before. A good sleep is main key to how energized the next day. Don’t intake caffeine, close to your bedtime and basically avoid eating right before you go to sleep. Also, avoid exposing yourself to bright lights right before going to bed because it stimulates your brain cells, causing you to not go to sleep easier. It also helps to do a few situps in the morning and eating a good breakfast or cliff bars because it keeps me full and keeps me going. Hope this helps!

try taking a B-complex vitamin. it helps give you energy and boost your metabolism.
also try to eat healthy foods and exercise daily. i know it’s not fun, but i promise it will help.
good luck! :)
