How to lose weight without looking like your going on a diet?

I need to know how to lose weight without looking I am dieting or anything. My mom won’t let me lose any weight but I think I need to lose some weight. The thing is I don’t want her to know I am dieting, so what is a good way to diet without her noting it?

This two thin by the use of silence and meditation.
No one knows definitely.
If it exercises this way. Your body will not be ruined And to intensify the very templates that you are unaware of you too
Does not recommend any medication because it can affect the nervous system. Including the physical decay and unsightly ever.

High Intensity Interval Training. Essentially its a sprint workout takes about 20 minutes to do and you don’t need special equipment to do it. The high intensity(all out sprint) will boost your metabolism and burn a lot of calories and also tone you up resulting in fat loss. It’s not dieting but it will create a calorie deficit which is what you need to lose weight.

just follow these simple tips to shed extra pounds from your weight
- take balanced diet
- take 5 meals in the day
- add fruits and vegetables in your meals
- zip your lips for fried and fast foods
- avoid colas and sweets
- drink more water and fresh juice
- do regular workout, yoga or brisk walk
- think positive and keep smiling

the best way is to exercise more and eat healthier and eat a bit less but dont starve yourself!

You could ask her if you could join a sport. Tell her you only want to so you can have fun and make more friends, but secretly its just to get some exercise. Also if you spend your time doing sports your not eating as much so you lose weight.

just make sure that you don’t eat any of the sweets in your house, or let her see that you are taking some to school but don’t eat em give em to someone else or something
look for in-bedroom exercises.
if you have a dog, go out with your dog like everyday for an hours walk
and ask your mom if you can sign up for a sport (:

Start running for 30 mins a day, but eat the same amount of food. You will burn stored fat and be healthier.

The best tips that really worked for me are
1. Drink a glass of water before your meals, this will help you feel full, the result: you will tend to eat less.
2. Drink cold water during cold days: your body will work hard and burn lots of calories trying to regulate your body’s temperature, and
3. To counteract a binge, keep your body’s fat-burning furnace running on full blast by drinking Green Tea.
Green Tea contains caffeine and the antioxidant epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) , which is proven to boost metabolic rate. In fact, in a recent 3 month study, participants who took Green Tea extract lost 4.6% of their body weight without changing their diet. To get the benefit, drink at least 3 cups a day.
