How to lose weight in a health way without creating anymore muscle?

I’m 16 and i’m noticing i’ve been gaining weight. Alot of weight. I’m at 130 lbs. The problem is i dont know how to lose the weight because i dont want to exercise. I have huge legs full of muscle, and i dont want anymore. Please help.

You could try to watch what you eat more
profoundly. However, you musn’t stop excercising.
Muscle ways more than fat, and it is always good
to have a lot. So when you have lots of muscle,
it doesn’t really matter what you weigh, as long as
you’re healthy. :)
