How to hide food from my brother and parents?

They always watch me while I eat and know that I chew things then spit them out in a napkin or the trash. How can I lose weight without them knowing? I am very overweight, over 175 pounds at 5’1. My mom is obese also but she and my dad do not want me to lose weight, even in a healthy way. Any advice?

Don’t stop eating , or eating less !!! That doesn’t help at all . Just eat healthy :) And if you don’t think your parents are giving you healthy food that you want to eat on your diet , then cook yourself :) But you have to eat , starving yourself doesn’t help .
Try working out a little too :) Like a short 10 minute run every second day or something :)

Well for one your parents should not hold you back and you should tell them, if they still dont let u then just dont eat as much and exercise, no excuses about ur parents! if they get mad at u wat are they going to do stuff food in ur mouth! because if they do then just fight back. but all u have to do to lose weight is eat healthy and exercise! they cant stop u from that. And dont put to much dressing on salads.

drink 12-14 8oz glasses of water per day (eat your calories rather than drinking them, i.e. soda, juice, etc.). if they want to know why you only drink water, tell them soda causes you to burp.
eat lots of fruits and veggies, some protein and little of carbs and fat. eat six meals a day rather than the traditional three. and never deny yourself anything because you will crave it, everything in moderation is key.
brisk walking and jogging are great calorie burners. you’ll be away from house and they can’t see.
good luck :)
