Health FAQs
I have read where there is a difference between the three..so I was wondering if anyone knows that difference in the three and can they tell me the products that they use to brighten their teeth, lighten their teeth, and whiten their teeth? It is important that we see a dentist at least once a year but what are the best products to use at home (Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Floss or Water Picks, etc.) everyday as a good oral hygiene patient.

Baking soda – Stick a wet tooth brush in baking soda so that the brush is completely white, then put on regular toothpaste (brush normally) Do every 2-3 days
Hydrogen peroxide rinse – Fill a cup with 2/3 water and 1/3 hydrogen peroxide and swish vigorously (try not to swallow) Do this once a week
I do this normally and my teeth are pearly white :D
