Sometimes, swollen or sore breasts are the first sign of pregnancy, even before a period is missed. So really it can range from the first couple of weeks to whenever. Every women is different. As far as getting bigger, it is different for every women too. Some can start showing around the 6th week, other bloom between the 9th to 12th week. Best of luck, hope this helps!

Your boobs can start to swell really soon after conception and they continue to get bigger throughout the pregnancy. They get REALLY huge after the baby is born (especially if you breastfeed).
As for the tummy, that depends on your body type-how much you weigh, how tall you are, etc. But generally 6 months +, but definitely earlier for some women.

Hi – I found this good, informative link for you to look at. It covers the First Trimester of pregnancy, and there are additional links within it about the Second and Third Trimester too.
Your tummy may not show until you are 12 – 16 weeks gone, depending upon how slim you are and how good your tummy muscles are.
Breasts can start to be tender very early on. They FEEL tender before they actually start to enlarge.
Here’s the link:

Good luck to you and baby.
