ok, so my mom is going to order Zumba today an i was thinking about trying it. they say that you will burn up to 1000 cal. an hr. if i do zumba twice a day for an hr. each which means burning up to around 2000 in 2 hrs. plus doing my running everyday and weight lifting… so it totals up to around 3000 a day how much weight will i lose in 5 weeks???
