I am 16 years old, 5"2.5", and 121 pounds. I want to maintain this weight. How many calories should I be consuming? I walk a lot at school at a fast pace just to get around, also I walk for about 15-20 minutes at a moderate pace in the mornings at least 3 times a week. I also walk later on in the day for about 10-15 minutes at a brisk pace at least 3-4 times a week. How many calories should I be consuming in order to not gain any weight?
