How long should it take to relieve testicle pain?

I have had a dull ache in my left testicle for a month and a few weeks ago I went to the Doctor who gave me a prescription for epididymitis. It’s been 2 weeks since I’ve started the medication but the dull pain is still there. Could there be any chance it is something else or if nt, how long should it take to stop hurting?

Soak in a hot bath for 30 minutes,take a couple of tylenol.
Quit wearing tight underwear if you do or wear underwear if you don’t.
Usually 2 to 3 weeks and you will ok.

You might need to jerk off. See if that helps alleviate the pain.

Well you don’t tell us how old you are
or anything useful
so the sensible thing is to go back to this useless doctor.
If you have the insurance or are in Europe/U.K. maybe you can ask
for a referral to Specialist urologist.
