How long before a workout is good to eat a banana for energy?

Before a weight lifting session, how long before is good to eat a banana so that I have enough energy for a good 60 minute workout. 30 minutes?
matt I drink a LOT of water anyway.

I’m thinking around 10 minutes!! Because I THINK it’s bannanas that digest easily :)

Around an hour. But honestly you will get a lot more energy from drinking water. Most people don’t realize this
