How do I tell my mom I have a Microperforate Hymen?

I recently figured out I have a Microperforate Hymen. I want surgery to get it fixed. But I don’t know how to tell my mom.
I figured this out by trying to finger myself by the way. But that’s too awkward to tell her.

Tell her it was irritated and you needed to clean it up there/you used some bath tissue there. You could also tell her you were just curious. She’ll understand.

you need not to worry as it happens during the sports etc need to tell any body keep fingering even if you like

Tell her you tried to use a tampon and discovered you have a microperforate hymen and want to see a doctor about it.

She is mature enough to understand ur curousity.
Itching can be a reason.
