How do I request a refill for my painkillers witout my parents knowing?

I had a wisdom teeth infection recently and I’ve been in a lot of pain. My prescription of hydrocodone is almost up and I want a refill but it says it requires authorization. So how do I talk to my doctor and pharmacist without getting my parents involved? They think I should just stick with advil but it doesn’t help the horrible pain at all.

if advil doesnt stop the pain at this point, you NEED to tell your dr.
chances are your infection has not cleared up !

You can request it but you won’t get it because the doctor and the pharmacist figure your parents know better than you do.
