Is cereal the solution to fulfill the daily fiber requirement? I keep buying these Fiber-rich cereals but their fiber content is not enough to satisfy the daily quota. How do I include the right amount of fiber in my diet? I mean without being expensive.

that’s a great question. Woman and Men need 20-35g of fiber per day. That’s a LOT of fiber. In general you want to get your fiber from a variety of sources – and as many natural sources as possible.
Good sources include:
Green Beans, Fruits like Apples, Oranges, etc. dried beans, hummus, …, you can also supplement with sources like Fiber One or metamucil.
But, if you eat about 1 cup of beans per day (in any form) you’re more likely to hit your daily target.
Hope that helps!
