How can I work out without a gym or equiptment?

So lately I’ve been deciding to do a well-needed workout, but all I can think of is push ups and sit ups. I want to do more excersizes but I don’t have access to a gym and I can’t buy equiptment any time soon. Any ideas on how I can workout in my own home for now?

Buy a resistance band. It cost around 10 bucks and it takes up almost so space at all. Just attach it to the door and do some flyes. Slip it under the couch to do some good crunch and sit ups. It can also work like dumbells. Otherwise Push up, sit ups, squats, crunches are pretty the only things you can do without any equipments. Also if you have a jump robe, its good aerobic.

It is good that you are doing push-ups and sit-ups, but there is other things you could outside of your house and in your house.
For example, inside your house, you could do some crunches, jumping jacks, and do some instructional dance in which you can find on the internet
Outside your house, you could take a walk, run. If you have a bike, you could do pace courses in which you ride for 30 minutes, rest for 15 minutes, then ride for an additional 30 minutes in a timely schedule.

You could look into yoga and pilates. They both have books and DVDs that run about $10. You could also try looking up poses online.

Buy some cheap Dumbbells.
Doing push ups are good to an extent, but to pack on serious mass, you have to do free weights.

You can’t make a perfect body without gym. If you think you will do the push up and sit ups then your body in only shape.
