How can i keep my stomach from growling?

My stomach always growls super loud during school and its so embarasing. any advice on how to stop or reduce this.
by the way i have irratable bal syndrome which causes stomach growling.

Bring snacks and/or a drink with you.

Try and eat in small potions and spread it between 2-3hours. This will keep your metabolism stabled. so for example:- instead of eating two pieces of toast in the morning, you have 1 piece. after 2 hours or so, you eat the other half.

Eat small, frequent meals.

im with the people that say ‘eat’, but then half the time i cant be bothered…
have a decent (balanced) breakfast, cereral, fruit, some toast, maybe bacon? haha. just fill yourself up. you burn the breakfast off throughout the rest of the day and your stomach should have enough in it to stop growling~
that, and drink water during the day!
