I’m 5’8 and weigh about 123 lbs. As a 19 year old female, I try to go to the gym at least 4 times a week. At the moment, I either eat cereal with milk or saltines with peanut-butter prior to working out (for protein and carbs) and I drink stirred up raw eggs after exercising (for strait protein). I’ve seen guys take protein shakes and gain 20+ lbs in muscle. Is there a protein shake meant for girls? Or are protein shakes blind to gender? And when should I drink protein? Before and/or after the gym or all through-out the day?

My elbows and knees are super super dark and it is really irritating. I cant wear anything cute and short because of them! ive tried literally EVERYTHING from vasline to lemons to apple vinegar and nothing worked so now ive decided i desperately need surgery! so do NOT give me any remedies im getting engaged soon then married so i really reallllllllllly need to get surgery done to remove the dead brown skin. is that even possible? if so what should i do?? contact a dermatologist? please help!
