Exercises for lower back muscle pain include the superman exercise, which is a stretch done while laying on the stomach with arms and feet outstretched, and the plank, which is a holding position on the toes and elbows. I need to strenghten my lower back but I can’t do the superman thing because of a problem with my spine… is the plank ok for my lower back?

sorry 2 hear about ur spine mate.
if its not 2 late yeh the plank will help but not as much because it focuses on alot of different muscles aswell.
