does human growth hormones (HGH) really work and is it safe and beneficial?
I’ve heard good things about HGH as well as it’s side effects, like many other medicinal/supplements that is out there. I am a body builder but have never used HGH before. I would like to get rid of the fat off my belly. I’m muscular but would like to step it up a notch. I understand HGH can enhance moods as well which is good since I am moody and have suffered from depression but am managing quite well. Is HGH the same as steroids? What’s the history of HGH? I hope the banned substance called "Ma-Huang" or however you spell it is not included in the HGH formula. "Ma-Huang" was banned a few years back I believe for causing heart problems and it is a Chinese herb of some sort. Any comments?

HGH is not likely to change things like height much unless you are something like 6 years old.
HGH is very different from steroids chemically and in physiology.
Synthetic HGH has not been around long enough for people to know much about long term effects.
If you train hard, your body puts HGH into your bloodstream anyway.
