Does anyone know where to get good socks to fit large, sensitive legs?

I have large, sensitive legs and ankles and all socks seem to be too small at the top and/or roll down and cut into my skin. Does anyone else have this problem, and if so, where do you get comfortable, good fitting socks that don’t do that?

If you are a woman, Lane Bryant makes socks specifically for larger legs.
If you are a man, a big and tall shop will also have socks for bigger legs.
