Steps to taking blood pressure.

I just recently volunteered for community service and we did this thing called Adopt-A-Highway. Basically we clean about two miles of our "adopted highway". It took us about 2 hours and we did pretty good ,but as I was loading up onto the truck my arm grazed this stick that had these little tiny needles on it and it stings whenever I try to touch the area where my skin was grazed. If anyone knows how to get these tiny little "needles" out any help would be greatly appreciated. Thx :)

I was mistreated earlier in the week and taken advantage of (monetarily) with my trust betrayed in someone. I felt so wronged that my mood switched to a really depressive mood. I called in sick the whole week which pissed my boss as I didn’t have more sick days left for the year. I haven’t left the house since and feel like I am spiraling downward out of control just when I had improved and combated my depression. Do you have any tips how to get out of this?
