Is polycarbonate just a marketing ploy to get you to pay more or is it a good idea? What is the difference between it and plastic?

I bought this vampire kit and it came with teeth. Also with this dental putty stuff. I need to know how to use it cause there is some thing called the base and catalyst. I don’t know how to use them or anything help!

Ok so today I went to buy a resistance band because I was sick of weight, I have been training for 6 months with weights and I want to change the way I exercise. Well the band I bought is too weak for me, so I wanted to exchange it with another one and the @ss hole doesn’t want to.

so is there anyway to add resistance on the band? I am stepping right beside the handle and its pretty weak… any mechanical ideas? :p
