I’m a naturally skinny girl but all the weight I ever gain is always either on my stomach or my thighs. I want a flat stomach and good looking thighs instead of thighs that look unproportionate to my body.
So what are some good exercises/diets to help with my issue?
if u had some liquids before u sleep and dont know if u can hold it? b/c im a heavy sleeper and i started wearing just at night abot a year ago (im 16) is this normal?
I recently was told that I have GERD and I have been reading that you cannot have chocolate. But I am gonna go insane without it. There must be some chocolate that I can have! Does anyone know of a chocolate that you can have if you have GERD?????
I need proof my immunizations are current to apply to graduate school. I don’t think my pediatrician is even practicing anymore, I’m 32. I have a hep B titre and am getting TB test, but where can I get proof of my MMR, polio, etc.? Can titres be drawn for these as well?
