I’d really appreciate some advice on how one can avoid catching scabies and lice, when I’m going to be in the same house as people that have lice, and a person who has scabies.

Who needs expensive gadgets for aching feet??!!

I've had foot problems for years of playing sports and then wearing high heels to work; the two just don't mesh! The balls of my feet and my arch started to hurt SO badly once I reached my late 30's (take care of your feet early, people!) Anyway, I thought about the more expensive products on the marked for soothing tired/achy feet (foot baths/soaks, electronic foot massagers), and this gizmo is the best thing going! You can take it anywhere and use it anytime, the price is right, and best of all, it works WONDERS! You can adjust your foot easily and focus on diff't parts of the foot - even the bottoms of your toes! The seller shipped it right away and just in the nick of time. With summer almost here, my feet will look and feel great in my summer sandals! Thanks a lot! I'll be back!

Helped my plantar fasciitis

Review Date: May 23, 2009
Reviewer: Daniel Waltman, Richmond, VA United States
I had been suffering with plantar fasciitis (self-diagnosed) for about 8 months. I had tried various stretching techniques and various icing strategies over that time. The stretching didn't seem to help and the icing actually made it worse. I tried this device as well as the "The Happy Company Foot and Body Roller, Nubs" device. They both work by rolling your foot over them. They seem to stimulate the foot in different ways. I use them both several times a day for a few minutes...mostly while watching TV. A week later and I have no heel pain in the morning or after sitting for a while. So I decided to stress it by running 3 miles. Even after running (and subsequently sitting for a few hours)...no pain. Wish I had tried this before. I am not a doctor so I cannot say it is a cure...but it sure helped me significantly.
These are awesome!

I am a foot reflexologist and I highly recommend this product. It is very helpful in working the reflexes on the bottom of the feet.
It does what it is supposed to

And it fits in the diaper bag, although strangers may think it is for corporal punishment, *lol*. It is a very nice foot roller and I enjoy it for working the sides of my feet especially. When my foot is too sensitive to use the spiky large roller that I prefer, this works well on those days.
Great foot massager

I really like this foot massager. I bought this one as well as the Therapeutic Foot and Body Roller from the Happy Company. I like both but if you were to just get one, then I would got with the Therapeutic Foot and Body roller. It is a little bigger but also more effective.
Ahh! That's the rub....

I like this product as it seems to temporarily help my planter facitis. I sometimes wear a sock at the start to cushion the rollers depending on how tender my foot feels. I also use it at the office under my desk. It does drift to one side as you roll it back and forth so you have to re-center it frequently, but it is still a good value.
Does the trick

Works fine, I do like the one at PT better because the edges are sharper.
Good product with one problem.

Reviewer: B. Brezina,
These are packaged nice for a gift, and the wood feels great on sore feet. However the rubber rings on both sides come off fairly easy. To really be able to use this you must remove them. On carpet this works great. On a hard floor, you may scratch the floor or the roller.

Right now I’m using fitday.com to keep track of my daily calorie intake but i cook a lot and a lot of the recipes i use don’t list the calorie content. Is there a website that I put all of the ingredients in and it give me a total calorie count per serving.

I am trying to lose weight in a healthy manner I can stick with. I was previously a smaller person, and college caused me to gain alot of weight. I currently go to the gym 3-4 days a week and consume less then 2000 calories a day (probably more like 1500-1800) and I eat a low fat diet for the most part with lean meat and lots of veggies and fruit. How many calories should I brun each time I go to the gym in order to lose weight in a reasonable time? The quicker the better of course, but safety and the ability to keep it off is most important. My job requires me to stand for at least 2-3 hours a day and I walk between classes.

My son was given this in China by a Chinese pharmacist and wonders if it is safe to take.
