Are there any supplements to help lose weight?

Hi i am 6’3 and weigh 250 lbs, i have very recently started to lose weight, i have a diet plan and a workout routine. I was just wondering if there are any supplements that can increase weight loss, i am trying to get to 190 lbs is my goal.

Yes.
Leucine, BCAAs, L-Carnitine, Chromium Picolinate, Lecithin + B6 + Kelp. I have lost weight at one point or another with these. If you work out and are a guy I recommend Arginine + Ornithine for faster fat burning and muscle growth. There are other supplements that traget men. Email me if you need more info or a source.

If u take them u will most likely get addicted and die, just start smokin crack, just A’s bad for u but I’ll loose weight quicker because u will have no money for food;)

i’d avoid any marketed as such as they all simply
-make your heart beat faster (bad bad bad)
-dehydrate you -water weight is not bad weight!!!
instead eat foods which are lower cal but still filling. fruits like banana’s/tomatoes fit this.
look up supplementing with things that reduce hunger. acai? (acacai) is one I know of. there are quite a few.
if your exercise plan is commited and challenging -that buys you a lot of room.
I wouldn’t starve myself especially when exercising unless you want to get injured as that will lead you back into a seditary life style.

Hey Ben…What I have found to lose excess weight is always putting whole foods into my diet. Me being on the run all the time, being a trainer and fitness instructor, I use a shake supplement, that I love. It has so many awesome ingredients and gets rid of food cravings too. I highly recommend it!

Taking supplements aren’t safe. You wont notice the side effects but probably in the future. Have a good Diet and Exercise. There are good guides online that will help you lose weight.
