These are pretty okay. This guy looks like hes just starting out but knows what hes talking about. I’d like to see some more.

if you make your arms paralell to your legs and not inward it makes the exercise much more difficult since you are distributing the weight to your core not your arms

Does doing cobra hurt the crotch? Please inform.

The cobra maybe not so good for everyone, since your hyper extending your back, it does work though. The plank is a solid core exercise, try doing it at the end of a killer ab workout. Also be sure to check out my videos.

Isn’t the exercise you called “the bridge” is actually called planks?
mozisfitness on October 13, 2009 at 4:07 am
Yes. I have also called it the prone bridge though.

great excercise and workout suggestions. i always end up with a sore back anytime i do a sit up or crunch type ab workout so I have to do one that doesnt put excessive strain on my lower back. these two excercises are perfect. thanks so much for sharing them, take care

the cobra can be worked up to by any one though by starting at a lower angle and using your arms to support …
Its like doin the splits , you have to learn how to …
markgoffeney on December 19, 2009 at 2:48 pm
you have to stretch more before and after doing it ..
